Trail Mix Protein Truffles

Protein-packed bites that are perfect for when you’re out on the town or need a quick snack. These no-bake truffles can easily be prepped and assembled in a few minutes of your time.

INGREDIENTS

For 2 Persons

PREPARATION

STEP 1 : In a large bowl stir together oats and protein powder.

STEP 2 : Crumble down dried fruits, nuts and seed trail mix, and the wheat/jowar flakes into pieces then mix into large bowl.

STEP 3 :In a small bowl mix together almond/ peanut butter and the honey.

STEP 4 :Add wet mixture into large bowl.

STEP 4 :Mix all the ingredients together thoroughly.

STEP 4 :Using your hands form the mixture into 1 1/2 inch balls.

STEP 4 :Chill in freezer for 5-10 min then dip into melted chocolate and sprinkle over with coconut and sea salt.

STEP 4 :Place in fridge for 5-10 min or until chocolate hardens.
